Thank you LearnX for a great 2017 summit, award event, and opportunity to celebrate winning the Platinum and Silver awards for eLearning.
Wonderful to hear so many stories about how large, and small, business and services are embracing new training approaches and technologies. All to engage and motivate people, to create positive work cultures and wellbeing.
Key note, Matt Johnson, reminded us how every one wants change but no one wants to change. Reality Learning’s presentation, exploring change as the essential factor for meaningful learning, went some way to address this. Using stories that can change beliefs, attitudes and behaviour; and technologies that can add interactivity and immersion, both came together in this event – presentations on gaming, social platforms, 360 video and VR and much more. Look out for 2018’s thought leadership and practice!
Platinum for Best Learning and Capability Project – Budget eLearning;
Silver for Best eLearning Design – Interactive Scenario.
